The performance improvement services I provide are coaching or tele-coaching, as designed jointly with you. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in your life or profession.
Throughout our working relationship, I will engage in direct and personal conversations. You can count on me to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. Understand that the power of the coaching or hypnotherapy relationship can only be granted by you, and you must agree to do just that: have the relationship be powerful.

Clinical Hypnotherapy
I offer my hypnotherapy and sports hypnosis services in private sessions that typically range from 45 minutes to 1 hour in length. For repeat clients, 30 minute telephone sessions are available. Hypnotherapy sessions take you a step further than coaching and provide you the opportunity to tap the unlimited potential of your mind.
* It is important to note that I do not attempt to treat or diagnose disease or mental disorders of any kind.
